It seems that the freeze feature was some sort of throw in and not seen as important. Cubase would not be usable to me without freeze and I keep most of my tracks frozen all the time. It would not take much to make this feature much better. First, have freeze attributes per track. Perhaps a right click on the freeze button lets you set the parameters for the freeze that are now set each time the track is frozen. Also, the penalty for accidentally freezing or unfreezing a track is pretty small so the confirmation menus are not worth the bother so get rid of them. Then we could have one click freeze and unfreeze. To really complete a nice package, a freeze all that freezes all unfrozen tracks would be so much better than having to look through all tracks in all folders to see if there are any unfrozen ones.
