Do I need to repurchase a drum set without having to use the elicenser?

Hi. I currently have Simon Phillips Jazz drum collection. Only thing is, it’s dependent on my USB elicenser. Is there any way to have another free one without the elicenser, or would I have to repurchase another Siman Phillips Jazz to work without the elicenser? This is all for my Groove Agent 6
