Does anyone else have problems with Steinberg Download Assistant repeatedly failing to download Halion and Groove Agent content?
The only way I seem to be able to download and install these large files is to use this link: Downloads | Steinberg
But it concerns me that the download assistant keeps failing.
What gives?

I don’t have this issue. If you search the forum, some users have this kind of issue. Mostly it was caused by the limitation of the file size from the internet provider.
I never had issues downloading large files but sometimes the Download Manager can freeze if you have too many files queued for download and installations plus downloading start happening at the same time. Say, you want to install all content that comes with Cubase, which is close to 100 different files, some installed, some moved from the Download location to where your sound library is, etc.
