Do project files update when upgraded from Elements 9 to Element10.5

Hey yall…i just upgraded Cubase Elements 9 to Elements 10.5…do the project files upgrade to 10.5 when I open them…also do I delete the previous version from my computer

When you open older Projects in 10.5 in the Title bar it will say it is a 9.0 Project (or whatever version it was made in). But the first time you save it it will become a 10.5 Project (which is not indicated on the Title bar). Also even though it is a 10.5 Project you can still open it in older versions of Cubase

…Which leads us to deleting version 9. Yes you can delete it, but I like to keep the old versions installed in case there is some issue working in the latest version.
