Do the UR28M and the UR824 sound the same converter and cock wise?

Here’s one end-users take who tried them both.

Converter quality on DA side: BIG DIFFERENCE. With the UR28M, listening to a song sounded just nice. With the UR824, I had tears in my eyes. THAT good. Everything I was missing from the UR28M, the “space” and “three dimensionality”, the clarity and resolution, it is all there. AWESOME!!!
