Does today’s update also need ‘Dorico Playback 2 - Orchestra Library’ as part of the update process where 2.2.0.1108 was previously/already installed, please?

IOW is this state of the Steinberg Download Assistant complete yet?

No, you can just install the Dorico 2.2.10 updater – you don’t need to install anything else.
