So to me SKI seems like the ultimate integration for controlling and automating things in Cubase and Nuendo. But it also seems left a bit in the cold by Steingberg. Maybe it’s an abandon project or maybe they just wanna bet on the rumored MIDI Remote API. In that case I just hope it will be as deep an integration and as powerful as SKI. (But the word MIDI Remote API doesn’t sound too promising 
)
Until then, does anyone know what Steinberg requires for you to develop software using SKI and maybe getting the documentation?
