Does "create a CD" also render plugins?

OK so I have set up my audio montage window with clip based insert plugins, fades, markers etc etc and a dither plugin in the master section.

I have previously only used “render” in the audio window - but now I want to make a master CD of my new album.

When I instruct W7 to “burn” a master CD will it render all the plugins during this process or do you need to render the plugins first and then burn a CD.

I’m not finding the manual to be clear on this point.

All plugins are rendered during the process. No intermediate step is necessary.
