does my DORICO Pro 2 License disappear?

I begun to use Dorico Pro 2 last month. After finishing a large project, I found Dorico does not save nor import it with a message as follows;

eLicenser Control - Error
Application “DORICO Elements 2” has caused the following error:
Application no registered:
Options:

  • Click to abort.

By the way, Using same Dongle, Cubase works well.
I guess Steinberg’s eLicense center Database is doing something wrong.

The error message says “Dorico Elements 2” and not “Pro 2”. Are you sure you have a Dorico Pro 2 license?
What if you open the eLicenser Control Center, what exact licenses are listed?
Also, can you run the maintenance task in there to update the database?
