Does the Nektar Panorama CS12 Channel Strip Controller work relaibly with WL?

I tried it, but couldn’t make it work.
Wavelab is very hard with external controllers (they should integrate Steinbergs Midi Remote…).

CS12 uses the remote API for integration, which is not part of WaveLab currently.

I wonder why WL does not have the midi capabilities of it’s other products??? Thanks for the info…

WL has a totally different architecture than Nuendo etc. The reason I think is that WL is rooted in a one-man project who designed it’s own version of DAW (in France and not at Steinberg in Hamburg).

I’m a big fan of WL almost right from the beginning (and really like that mister WL himself is very active on this forum!), but I really hope WL will pick up sone nice things from Steinberg integration in the future (midi remote, file structure, multichannel processing, immersive formats beyond Dolby, scanning of new plugins without have to rescan your whole system, control room, etc).
