Does the "swipe comp" feature work for MIDI tracks?

Hi Guys,

Very quick question - has anyone been able to get the “swipe comp” feature, where a final track can be assembled from a variety of takes, to work on MIDI tracks in Cubase?

I’m not sure if I’m missing something, or if this feature only works for audio take comping!

As far as I know Swipe Comp is only for audio tracks.
I hope I’m wrong lol it would be handy

That’s my understanding too… and it’s weird because I would have thought it would be much easier to build this feature for MIDI data than for audio!

cuz i too tried the comp tool on midi but no help for midi here yet !
