I bought an original Cubase 7 (Education Version) product with the original eLicenser (still got the serial code).
The problem is that I don’t remember my former user details, The one that include my Cubase 7 Purchase, and it’s critical for me because I want to use my former user to update to Cubase 8, And use the discount that only Cubase 7 owner gets and buy it cheaply.
The only details that I have is my original box and the serial code.
Contact your local dealer or technical support, please. They will ask you for some informations (like at least the email address, or some codes…). Them, they should be able to find your MySteinberg user account.
