Yes, Dorico will be available localised into nine languages at launch, including Italian.

The available languages are English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Russian.
The majority of Dorico’s UI is already fully translated into these languages. There are one or two areas that were added just before the release of 1.0.0 that may still appear in English, but those will be fully translated in our first update release which is coming soon.
