It looks fine here. Perhaps you’ve changed the zoom or other display settings in your browser?

Not that I don’t make weird mistakes, but look at it in this popup…
FYI after this I clicked on English (not sure why it said “In” in the toolbar above, but it was definitely not showing German text in the forum. Anyway, once I clicked “In” all was resolved.
I’ve seen this before, too. My suspicion is that it’s a problem with Google Translate; the clue is the “In | DE” just to the left of the search.
At the very least, I can replicate it by telling Chrome to auto-translate the page:
