Dorico 2.2 trial. No activation sent

Hi

I have requested a trial of Dorico 2.2. I enter everything correctly and I get a message saying and email with an activation code has been sent. However the email never arrives. Is this something to do with my having had a trial of Dorico 2 in the past? Daniel’s message about the new Dorico 2.2 release said that all users can have another trial.
