I tried the demo and everything worked fine. Then I purchased Elements and didn’t do anything with it for a while and now every single time the application just hangs after pressing the playback button… Any idea what to do and where can I send the Dorico Diagnostics.zip as I’d rather not upload it here?
Did all the basics btw:
- Updated eLicenser to the latest version
- Restarted quite a few times

Thank you so much! For some reason the device setup was pointing to an incorrect setting It tried to playback at 48KhZ with the default soundcard, which is not even supported as far as I know. Set it to 44.1KhZ and there’s sound again without freezing the application!
