Dorico 3.5.10 not working on Surface Book 2

Hi!

After installing Dorico 3.5.10 on my Surface Book 2, all I can get is startup screen and nothing more. Now my other Dorico (3.1 with school licence) also not working. On my other computer (home computer) everything is OK. I don’t know what to do.

Please help!

Please try uninstalling eLicenser Control Center and installing version 6.11.10.2272 from this page, under the heading Alternative versions for support purposes.

I had the same problem running Windows 10 on a Surface Pro 4. This fixed it for me.

After downgrading the licenser everything is fine. Thanks!
