This is what I got.
Have you previously used the ‘Reactivate License’ button to move Dorico to a second computer? If so, then the eLicenser on your first computer is now deprecated. Only the newer machine on which you most recently activated Dorico will have a Soft-eLicenser that’s valid, if I understand correctly. You may need to raise a support ticket to get this resolved (we in the Dorico team don’t have access to any of the behind-the-scenes systems for the eLicenser), but you’ll need to be patient as the support team is very heavily loaded.
