It’s been about ten days that Dorico 4.1 doesn’t launch and the support service doesn’t respond to my mail … So I try to find help here !
I have already tried to uninstall, reinstall the software but it hasn’t changed anything.
What can I do to make it work ? I really need to finish the works I’m working on …

Welcome to the forum, Clementin. I’m sorry you’ve not yet had a response to your enquiry. Let me take a look at your crash log, and I will come back to you right away.
You are running into a problem that a number of users have experienced since the Dorico 4.1 update, and I’m very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please go to:
/Users/your-username/Library/Application Support/Steinberg/Dorico 4/
and find the file called userlibrary.xml. Temporarily move this out of that folder, e.g. to your desktop, and then run Dorico 4. It should run right up.
We have fixed this bug in our development builds and we will release a small update to fix this problem next week.
