Dorico 4.3 update messed up my audio setting?

I just updated my dorico 4 to 4.3 ( due to the fact that they kept nagging with me everytime I launch dorico)
Now, I got no sound on YouTube, or anyother platform, I have to reboot my speaker and readjust my dorico audio setting.

Go to Edit >Device Setup and click on the Control Panel button. In the window that pops up disable the option at the top (about exclusive access).
