Dorico 4 and Audio Initialization on Mac

I’m trying to use Dorico 4 with my Mac running Monterey and an Apollo Duo. When I launch it the dialog idles at Audio Installation and I have to Force Quit. This happens whether I have the Apollo connected or not. I created an Aggregate Device, but that doesn’t work either.

This is not a problem with any of my other applications that require I/O, including Steinberg application like Cubase and VST Live.

Is there a workaround for this? I’m dead in the water with Dorico.

If you go to the Activity Monitor, are both processes running, Dorico and the VSTAudioEngine? If so are both marked as “not responding”.

Please open the Console.app. Click on the left side on the tab that shows the crash reports. Are there any recent items from Dorico or VSTAudioEngine? Please zip them up and attach here. Thanks
