Is there a planned date for an “almost” final version ?
We are currently working on the next Dorico 4 update, which we don’t expect to be the last one. It is shaping up to be quite a significant update, in particular with regard to the remaining editors in the Key Editor, with the reintroduction of the dynamics editor, and significant updates to both the MIDI continuous controller editor and the velocity editor. There will still be some further improvements to the usability of the Key Editor that will follow after this next update.
The update will also include quite a number of fixes and improvements across the rest of the application.
There’s no date to share at this stage – it will be ready when it’s ready.
