Workaround = Force-Quit and restart, which almost always fixes it.
Additionally, Dorico sometimes randomly loses connection with USB keyboard controller. Workaround for this is to exit Dorico and restart, which always fixes the issue until it comes up again.
I cannot find any particular action on my part which would cause these two things to happen. Thanks, all!

Dorico hangs on start up when previously the audio engine did not shutdown properly.
The diagnostics might give me a hint why that happens.
Or do you shutdown Dorico and try to immediately start it again? In that case it will also hang.
