I appear to have downloaded Dorico 5 for Windows 11, but it doesn’t start at all, either when I press the icon on my desktop or click on the program in Windows: Program Files. There is simply no reaction.

No idea what is happening, but, after installing Dorico, did you try restarting your PC?

And if that does not help, I just had another customer with a similar problem, where there was a problem with the code signature of the license server.
What if you start the Steinberg Activation Manager? Does that work?

If also the Activation Manager does not start, try to reinstall it as that fixed the other case that I mentioned before. You can grab just the Activation Manager installer from here
It did finally start after I restarted the computer and launched the activation manager. Thanks for your help.
