Dorico 5 installed but does not open

I have installed Dorico 5 (Mac OS Ventura version 13.3.1 but it will not open. What should I do?

Can you tell us a bit more about what does happen? Does Dorico crash, does it bounce in the dock but no further? What kind of Mac are you running on?

I have a Mac mini. Essentially nothing happens. Dorico appears in the dock, not bouncing, but will not open, from there or from the launchpad.
