I was a Finale user and purchased Dorico 5 when the switch from Finale offer came out. I had an older MacBook at the time. When Dorico 6 came out, I could not upgrade because of an outdated OS. I now have a new MacBook Air. Dorico 5 works fine. Do I need to pay for the Dorico 6 upgrade? I tried to upgrade but the Steinberg Set up app says it cannot connect to the server because I am not connected to the internet, which is not true. Is there a newer version of the set up app? Thanks for any assistance.

Dorico 6 is a paid upgrade. If Dorico 5 is working fine for you, you can continue to use that.
