I recently bought Dorico Pro 5, and I happened to look back at my Steinberg account and happened to notice it said I had Elements activated, but Dorico 5 running as a trial. I’m really confused because I downloaded and paid for Pro 5 and I never saw anything about a trial. Did I forget to activate something or is there another reason?
Having bought Dorico Pro 5, did you download the license (via Steinberg Download Assistant) and activate the license (via the Steinberg Activation Manager)?
Your account shows you have a permanent Dorico Elements 5 license, and a Dorico Pro 5 trial license. Your Pro trial was activated on 24 October, and your Elements license was activated on 28 October.
