Dorico 6.1 Audio Help Needed

Hello, everyone.

I’ve updated to Dorcio 6.1 and am very excited to use it. All updates are downloaded. I’ve selected Autoplay for Audio output and then restarted. I’ve tried the “hold shift” and hit the refreshing button and then restarted. I cannot figure out what’s wrong but cannot get any audio. It’s probably a simple fix but need help figuring it out. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

Help → Create Diagnostic … and attach here.

Thank you! I have the folder “Dorico Diagnostics” on my desktop. How do I attach it to this thread?

Actually, I just made a zip file of the Dorico Diagnostics.

Have you set the audio device in Edit > Device Setup?

Thanks for the data @ggraceman ,

please go to the menu item Edit > Device Setup and then click on the Device Control Panel button, a new little window will open. In there please check that the output ports are activated, see also below:
