You didn’t specify which model of Sonos speaker you have. Generally it is better to not use Bluetooth, which can give a delay if you are recording live MIDI, and instead use a cable connection.
Depending on the model, you may need an adapter:
Then you connect the line out of your Mac to the speaker, and check from Dorico’s menu Edit>Device Setup that your output is set to external. If you optionally activate Automatically Configure Devices, Dorico will switch automatically to the built in speakers, once you disconnect the line cable:
Make sure generally that all your devices use the same bitrate (in Audio Midi Setup utility of MacOS):
