Dorico 6.2.30 is blocked by Windows Security

I’m on Windows 11 and haven’t gotten this error, and I haven’t seen it reported here on the forum.

It looks like you may just have a corrupt version of that dll. Maybe try running the Steinberg Download Assistant, which should update Media Bay to the latest version.

If you right click on that mediaclient.dll and then choose Properties and there choose the Details tab, what exact version is shown there? It should be 1.3.80.59

And are you on Windows on Arm or normal Intel platform?

Actually, these errors start appearing after I upgraded Dorico to 6.2.30 using Steinberg Download Assistant.

It is 1.3.80.59.

I am not sure. Is it supposed to have something appearing in “Digital Signatures”?

I am on Intel. Dorico 6.2.20 was working fine for me.

Same here with me, there is no digital signature on the mediaclient.dll.

Please try to reinstall the MediaBay. You can get the single installer from Steinberg MediaBay | Steinberg
