I’ve tried to use Dorico today and it always crashes about half a second after the splash screen. Last time I was using it was 2nd of March and everything was perfect.
I’ve tried the usual things: restarting the iPad, reinstalling the app but Dorico still crashes.
Here’s the log if it’s meaningful to anyone.

You need to update to iPadOS 17 or later in order to run Dorico for iPad 6.2. It looks like you’re on iPadOS 16?
Thanks, yeah my poor old iPad is OS version 16 and won’t update to 17 or later. Is there a way to reinstall the previous version of Dorico?
Sorry, it looks like we may have made a mistake in the way Dorico for iPad is configured, and it’s incorrectly saying that it can run on iPadOS 16, but in fact it can’t. We’ll need to fix this by releasing an update that sets this up correctly. We’ll do this as soon as we can, but it will take us a few days at least.
Hi, I am still having the same problem after the release of 6.2.10 update. I got the dialogue “Download an older version of this app?” but Dorico is still crashing at the splash screen. On the second line of the crash log it looks like I’ve downloaded version 6.2.0 again.

Hmm, in theory, you should now be prompted to download Dorico for iPad 6.1.10 rather than version 6.2.0. Can you try again?
I deleted the app, reinstalled and same thing.

Sorry about that. I will check the App Store configuration again.
All good now, version 6.1.10 installed. Thanks for your help!
