For a long time (since Dorico 5) I’ve had two custom Paragraph Styles that I use for comments in my scores. In large orchestral scores especially, I find it more convenient than the Comments feature for short important remarks. 6.2 deprecates rehearsal marks paragraph style

If the problem you’re seeing, Craig, is that your rehearsal marks are now lacking a coloured background as defined in the paragraph style, that will be fixed in a forthcoming update. If you’re having a different problem, please attach a project that demonstrates the problem.
