Dorico 6.2 crash then open for iPad with iOS 16.1.1. No report is generated, not error are visible. Possible to download older version. I just want to evaluate but no good start.
When you say “crash, then open” – do you mean that it opens fine the second time, after the crash? Or not?
iOS 16 should work fine, but I would upgrade to 16.7, at least. What iPad model is this?
Sorry for the confusion, it is during loading it crash everytime. iPad version 6. I can try to update but it was stated iOS 16 should work.
Yes, but there are updates to iOS 16 – 16.7 is the last – without upgrading to iOS 17 or higher.
The system requirements say that iPad 7th gen is recommended. It may be able to function on a 6th gen iPad; though 2 Gb of RAM may not be enough.
I’m not saying that is the problem, but it certainly won’t help.

Hi, start up after upgrading to iOS 17.7, memory should not be an issue, have 128 GB version. Will try it out this evening.
