Hi! While using VSTs my playback sound start skipping every 30/40 secs. I’m using a Windows 11 PC, 64GB of ram. I’ve read of this situation before, but didn’t find a proper solution. My buffer size is set to 1024.

You are using a decent audio interface and quite big buffersize, so in that case it is quite unexpected to get audio drop-outs.
But external factors (e.g. wifi network drivers) can have an impact on the audio performance as well. In order to find out, please run the utility LatencyMon and see what that says. Please run LatencyMon also together with Dorico during playback.
