Dorico 6 iPad Cycle

I can’t figure out, nor do I see any documentation on how to use the Cycle feature on the iPad.
Unlike the desktop version, I see no menu items such as “Set cycle locators from selection” or “Set Left/Right Locator”.

I have figured out that clicking the Cycle button puts the locator at the beginning of the flow, but that makes it really cumbersome to get it where I want in the piece.
I can’t seem to drag the entire locator to the place I want (sometimes several pages away). Instead, I have to drag the right indicator all the way to the end of whare I want to cycle then drag the left indicator to the beginning .

This is a real pain. I hope I am just missing something and this is not the intended behavior.

I was hoping to select a range of notes then press the Cycle button and have the indicator appear at the start of the selection or better yet have it place the left indicator at the start of the selection and the right indicator at the end of the selection.

Am I missing something here?

At least from the jumpbar…

Indeed, you can use the jump bar as Charles shows, or you can open the Key Editor in the lower zone and move the locators in there.

Ah, thanks! That’s what I was missing.
I’m still relatively new to Dorico and the differences between the desktop and iPad UI.

There is a small cosmetic bug with dragging cycle markers. When a cycle marker is released, it briefly jumps back to its original position before snapping to the final one.

This is not working for me. There is no “set cycle” command in my Ipad Jump bar. like in that picture.

Select the range of music that you want to cycle first, then open the jump bar, and type “set cycle”, and you’ll see the Set Cycle Locators From Selection command.
