I opened a template the I did on another computer and i get the images you see below? I uses S library mgr and my paths are correctly set. I delete the players in the template and added them back in and re-saved the file, but I get this every time I open a template file. I’ve spent a lot of time setting these up and really don’t want to do it again. How do I correct this. Thanks in advance. Mac m2 15.3 latest Dorico 6
It looks like you haven’t got Etude Elements on that computer.
Check whether you can download it in your Dorico 6 selection in Steinberg Download Assistant.
If it’s not there, you may need to “refresh” your licence in the Activation Manager, because it was included in the 6.1 update, so it didn’t exist on the licence before that.

Yes, benwiggy is right with what he says.
In order to refresh your licence do
- Go to the Steinberg Activation Manager
- Hold down the Shift key and click on the Refresh button in the Activation Manager (right top of the window).
- Then wait for a few seconds until the spinning balls at the bottom of the window go away.
- Restart Dorico
Is the issue gone then? If not there are other things to check but we do it step by step.
