Got no sound on playback after difficult installation, I don’t know how to get it ?

We’re going to need some more information, please, in order to help you; for a start:
- which hardware and which operating system are you using for Dorico?
- which version of Dorico have you downloaded?
- how did you download and install Dorico; via the SDA?
- which difficulties did you experience in installation?
- do these help? And this page?

There is an excellent series of video tutorials which are well worth watching if you’re new to Dorico.

To add to @MarkSealey ‘s comments, did you use the Steinberg Download Assistant? And did you download everything (or just Dorico)?
