Dorico 6 upgrade installation problem

We have a site license for 10 stations.
I installed Dorico 5 code on my computer but used a different email address for logging in to Steinberg.
Now I tried to upgrade to Dorico 6, but it says my activation is used by another user.
What can I do?

Should I try registering at my school email and then try to upgrade?
Not sure if this will work.
Please help.

Sorry to hear about this problem, Ken. Please email me at d dot spreadbury at steinberg dot de with the Steinberg ID email address to which your site license is assigned, and I’ll look into it and see if I can figure out what’s up.
