Dorico accepts only one type of duplet

In “Kaiser-Walzer” of Strauss, he used the following type of duplet:

However, Dorico seems not to allow the duplet above. I could only draw the following:

How could I bring the same duplet as Strauss did?

You can do this with nested tuplets.

Create a 4:3 tuplet of quarter notes, to get the two half notes. Hide the number and bracket.

Then create a nested 2:2 tuplet of half notes to show the number you want.

This is what the “Use contracting ratio” is for. (Rob’s way will work, of course, but it’s an extra step or two.)
