Dorico can't find license for classroom/shared Mac

I have a classroom of Macs which have Dorico registered under our Steinberg account. Our installation of Dorico was upgraded to the latest yesterday and licenses were refreshed under our Administrator account. When we are in that account everything is working perfectly.

However, in testing we found that if a student attempts to use Dorico under their Mac Profile they are told there is no license and they are prompted to create a Steinberg account; neither of which is acceptable in our situation.

Our Macs are MDM managed and we need to be able to have things set up under the Admin account and working for any student that logs in.

Looking for guidance.

Thanks in Advance!

I discovered this is an all users setting I had run into before under Dorico 5. However, on the test machine we have, I no longer have the option for All User’s Mode.

Hi @mutech,

to enable the All-Users Mode you need to hold the SHIFT Key and then click on the settings button in the menu: See Manual deployment - Steinberg Multiuser Administration Guide

THANK YOU!!! That did the trick (it also rang a very distant bell in my memory).
