Dorico/Cantai persistent sustain on MIDI input

I use Dorico 6 daily for my work. Several days ago I installed the latest version of the Cantai app. Since the last install I’ve had a problem with persistent sustain of any MIDI notes I try to input, regardless of VST chosen. The system worked perfectly prior to this install. I have the latest versions of both Dorico and Cantai, I use a Yamaha CP4 Stage as a controller, I have verified that the problem is exclusive to Dorico - doesn’t happen in my DAW. It happens even when I create a new solo piano score with no vocals. I have reinstalled the latest verison of Dorico and Cantai, I have turned off all controllers in play preferences except Yamaha CP4 port 1, have tried a different CP4, and the problem persists. I have disconnected and removed Cantai. I have restarted the computer several times. I have disconnected the sustain pedal from the CP4. I did try a small portable XKey controller from CME and did not have the problem. Can’t do any work now. Any ideas?/Users/jeromegilmer/Desktop/Dorico Diagnostics.zip

The problem may be related to this (a Mac problem rather than Dorico/Cantai)
