I have a file that crashes when I delete a flow. It is a completely reproducible occurrence with that file. When Dorico restarts it asks if it should send a report, to which I always click ‘yes’. I did fix this by deleting everything in the flow first and then deleting it, so my questions is more general:
Are the automated crash reports sufficient or should I offer the bad file for diagnostic purposes as well when it is reproducible?
For bugs/crashes, upload:
- A project that demonstrates the problem
- Clear steps to induce the problem
- Diagnostics File
As Daniel already mentioned, yes, please provide the project file, steps to reproduce and a diagnostics report (Help > Create Diagnostic Report).
If you don’t want to post it publicly here in the forum, you can also send directly to me via mail to u dot stoermer at steinberg dot de. Thanks
