I’ve rebuilt fonts, Sample rates match, I’ve swapped out plugins recently added. I use a Sound Devices UsbPre2, MacOS 15.7.7, Dorico 6.2.20.6183. Unfortunately I cannot read the diagnostic report. Can anyone help?

Doubt it’s relevant, but which actual version of macOS are you running; it might help…
15.7.7 is a security update to older versions of the OS.
Wouldn’t that be the latest Sequoia version? Not that old, and still supported by Apple.
Good. Yes. That rules a version of macOS that’s too old out.
Well, well, well, this is a conundrum that is likely going to require some trial and error. It it were my system, I would do this:

disconnect the Sound Devices UsbPre2 and see what happens; if the issue continues, then

wait to hear from a Steinberg person like Ulf or Daniel for the recommendations after looking at your diagnostics file. They should respond within a day or two.
If it does not occur with the Sound Devices UsbPre2 disconnected, you have your answer - that device is not functioning properly. It could be anything from a physical problem (I know nothing about this particular device) or a setting that may have been inadvertently changed or a setting that should be changed.
You did not mention how much RAM is installed on your Mac. Mind sharing that info as well as how much free space that you have on your drive?

welcome to the forum and sorry to hear about your trouble.
Now, your diagnostics contain lots and lots of crash files and they basically look all the same. So there must be something in common that is happening or you are doing when the crash occurs. Is there anything in common? Are you changing projects maybe, replugging audio device or whatever else?
You say it happens all the time, could we maybe have a remote screen sharing session where you could show me? But this is not a must, just asking politely.

Dorico crashes every time, within about 3 minutes but usually less. I could be doing anything: inputting, playback, or just sitting there. Sample rates match all around.
Not anything in common, and I’m not messing with the Sound Devices USBPre2, that is rock solid in all other things. The crash happens on any kind of Dorico file, even those with no playback, choosing the “silent” playback, complex vsti setups, lead sheets or large scores alike. This started happening this week. I have a Macbook Pro M1 Max 2021 with 64 Gigs/4TB, and only about 40% of the SSD is full.
Any help is greatly appreciated! I make a living with music. If you think it would help your maintenance of Dorico I’d be happy to do whatever will help. Dorico is predictable in crashing every time and soon after opening any file, so we won’t have to spend too much time waiting for an incident. Anytime after 8AM US Eastern timeworks.

I’m in Hamburg, i.e. I’m 6 hours ahead of you.
Your 8am is my 2pm, but I have a meeting until 2:30pm, but am free the whole afternoon after that.
So if it is fine with you, we could start at 8:30 your local time.
Leaves the question which remote tool to use?
My favourite is Zoom, but have also MS Teams, TeamViewer and WhatsApp-Desktop installed.
FaceTime I also have but I’d rather not use it, because it easily drops the connection.
