Hi @Lostaccount_007 , thanks for the data. There are 3 freezedumps contained but they are all of size zero, that means they are useless for me.
Therefore, please do the following:
- Download the utility Process Explorer from here
- It’s for free, it’s tiny and does not need installation. Just unpack the zip and run it.
- If you get into that situation again look in the process list for VSTAudioEngine (pretty much at the end of the processes list) do a right click on it and then from hte pop-up menu choose ‘Create Dump > Create mini dump’.
- Save the dump and send me.
Hi @pyykmatt79 , please also provide a Dorico Diagnostics Report (‘Help > Create Diagnostics Report’) and attach here. You can check also yourself, if there are only dump files of zero length, then follow the advice as given above.
