Dorico crushes when trying to insert triplet

1. I open the file (attached)
2. I mark the dotted 8th rest in the 3rd bar.
3. I press [Return]
4. I press . to disable the dotted rhythm

5. I press ;
   [the pop up appears]

6. I type 3:2

7. I press [return]

Dorico crushes.
