Hello, I am having problem installing components of Dorico 5. When I launch the Download assistant it requires me to sign in. That opens a web page that says: To authorise Steinberg Download Assistant, you must allow your browser to open Steinberg Web Launcher. There is no button to press or anything, and I can’t get any further. I have cleared the cache. I have also changed the default browser (Chrome-> Safari), but Im still can’t get any further. I upgraded from 3.5 recently. and am really enjoying the improvements, but at the minute I am having to use it without any sound. Thanks, Nick
There should normally be a button, I think. Make sure you haven’t got any Safari Extensions blocking things.
What version of macOS are you on? Can you access the MySteinberg web page manually?
Not using Chrome is always a good thing. Safari should work fine, but as an alternative, try FireFox or Vivaldi.
