Dorico duplicating unwanted flows after page template changes

Hey all,

I’m tying to apply a page template change at, say, page 4 of an 8 page score. Each page has a different flow and player. When I apply the page template change at page 4, for some reason Dorico copies/inserts the flows from page 1-3 (flows 1-3) at that point. Arrgh. Why? When I delete the inserted flows, it deletes them at page 1-3, too.

Any ideas? I’ve got a feeling it has something to do with my players / layouts / page templates set up but I’ve been toggling things for an hour now I can’t get those flow duplicates to go away.

It’s likely to be your Page Template.

Can you upload a demo project?

Thanks, Daniel. Your hint was enough. The duplicates went away when I fiddled with the “frame chains” in the page template. Gonna have to read more about what those do. Thanks again.
