Dorico Elements 6 Upgrade from Dorico SE did not work

I need help to install/activate it.

Welcome to the forum.

You need to give more details what you have done already to do the upgrade.

The way to do it is, you received a Download Access Code when you bought the upgrade. Now start the Download Assistant, click on the top left right on the button and enter the code.

That is all, you do not need to reinstall the software, just start the Activation Manager and activate your Elements license.

Thank you for your response. I did all steps as you just said, many times, however it does not replace Dorico SE 6 with Dorico Elements 6, as expected. Dorico SE 6 is the only available for execution, after all.

I know it can be confusing, but the Activation Manager is not the same thing as the Download Manager shown in your screenshot. Could it be that you’re confusing them? How does things look there? (If that doesn’t help, you probably need to wait for a reply from a Steinberg employee, but they watch this forum so it shouldn’t take long.)

Have you tried running the Steinberg Activation Manager?

(Should be somewhere in Program Files, I suppose, I’m on a Mac so can’t tell you exact path)
