Does Dorico Elements have noteheads with note names or is this available only in Dorico Pro version?
They’re available via either the right-click or Edit menu for selected notes. You can’t change the default notehead type for all notes in the entire project in Elements, but you can certainly change the appearance of selected notes’ noteheads.
