Can Dorico Pro 6 run on a Microsoft Surface Pro with a Snapdragon processor?
Regarding your question, Dorico will run in Intel Emulation mode, because it is not natively ported to ARM64.
Iām not sure if this has any larger impact on performance and also not if all included instruments and sounds will work correctly.
Emulation mode has always a performance impact, but it should not be significant, at least not to the point where one thinks, it is unacceptably slow.
Installation of Dorico on a Surface is also a little more complex, but here is an article that explains what needs to be done.
